Cryptographic API (DES) Toolkit.

This is a dynamic link library (DLL) containing many DES-related functions enabling the programmer to develop high quality security applications.

Encryption and decryption in CBC and ECB modes using 56-bit, 112-bit or 168-bit keys.  ANSI MAC generation, verification and decimalisation.  

Pseudo-random key generation, support for local master keys and key encrypting keys.  Creation and combination of key components.  Creation and verification of key check values.
